We were already laughing when they asked if our party of 8 wanted to sit at the same table. The waitress was friendly. The bacon was soggy, pancakes that were meant to have a light frosting we're heavily coated, food was handed to the wrong people, and some of our glasses/flatware were dirty. The manager did not charge for the soggy bacon (Much appreciated). I've heard this Denny's is pretty good. I just didn't experience that.
This is a truck stop. Truckers are suppose to come first, not made to wait for over 30 minutes just to find out the cook never got your meal order. Truckers may move America but this Denny's would rather just have truckers starve. Yes. I'm pissed. And I'm a really generous tipper, too. Maybe next time I won't have to eat garbage for lunch.

The wait staff were very kind and helpful. A couple of items we ordered were unavailable. I had 2 small children there and they were very understanding.
So tonight I went in to eat my waitress was very nice said she was called in early. I ordered and watched as she cleaned most of the other tables, while the other waitresses and what appeared to be the lead or manager kept going to a table and sitting and cutting up with these two loud and vulgar guys. Food was ok but the environment kinda ruined it for me.
The last time I went to a Denny's, I had a horrible experience. I even wrote the corporate office about it, but never heard anything back from them. I was skeptical about going to them again, but thought I would give this one a try.
What a difference! Everyone was very pleasant, and my server Angela was very professional and had a great attitude.
