Amazing place for a quick hike. The sandstone fossil ledges are incredible.
This is a great place to go if you like exploring the out-doors. There is a lot of paths in woods. You are surrounded by the beautiful nature of Michigan. If you are visiting from out of state especially this is a great place to go. Paths eventually lead to private property, but there are signs that say you are allowed to keep walking just be courteous. After you get through the private property you end up in another park. Note, the private property feels no different from a normal path. You could walk to miles, and we did.
Well maintained, primarily there to play disc golf. They have a great course that interwines with an excellent nature walk. Would recommend visiting if in the area.
Great hiking trails here. Large playground and sports fields are also available. Covered picnic areas and a skate park too.
Very cool park. Lots of things to do. Walking, hiking, frisbee golf. Although the course is nice, over the years it's changed and it's never changed for the better. It is an eighteen hole course. There is a ball diamond, several fields for activities. Pavilions and grills. Just to list a few things. Last I knew, drinking was permitted, but only in certain areas.
