Spoke with the Terry Hart who was very service oriented. He was happy to fix all problems and provided a great solution to the reported issues.
The workers weren't careful when power washing and ended up breaking a window and flooding the inside of the house. Had to take multiple weeks off of work in order to ensure further damage was avoided. A month later I discovered that they didn't caulk the top of any windows. When I informed the company they didn't offer to fix it or even apologize.
