I stopped in for a watch battery and my day was made better by my interaction with the staff here.
I brought 2 watches in to Grand Ledge Jewelers to have the batteries replaced. When I got the watches back, one of the backs was all scratched up and the business never informed me of the damage. I know they caused the damage as the battery had never been changed before. I will be taking my business elsewhere and warning other potential customers in the area.
