I have only been there a half dozen times and this happened within that time frame. Don't trust your car to these guys if you value your car.
Prices are reasonable. (I often wonder how they know if you pay for extra services though).
GO TO ANY OTHER WASH! EVEN THE SOAPY JOES BY THE LANSING MALL. This wash... 1 Scratched my entire car all the way around, especially the hood and trunk. Looks like from dirty brushes. 2. Employees are clueless aside from the bearded guy that has worked there for a few years. 3. THE MANAGER IS A ROYAL ASS. I worked there briefly a few years ago and he treats employees like they are stupid and has no respect for them. Seriously the last wash you want to go to.
The people are quick and efficient. Often crowded but the line moves fast.
Just received the best service EVER at a car wash. The poor guys are in sub zero weather and took there time making sure they presoaked he entire car and got all the frozen/caked o ice of the vehicle before even going through he car wash. Great job!
I regularly use the long self wash bay for washing work trucks, I like the longer hose for getting all the way around our long flatbed, the spray gun hose is plenty long enough, but the scrub brush hose could be a little longer. All in all best place around to wash a longer vehicle.
Grrr. Brought in my brand new car and they swiftly put a nice long scratch in the rear hatch paint job. This is not just a clear coat scratch. I don't understand how someone working at a place like this can do something like that. I mean you have 1 job to do... After buffing the scratch is still visible.
