Craig was so personable and helpful and made sure I got a great deal on my new C-Max. Laura in Finance was super-nice and competent as all get out at handling all the financial details. I graduated college and decided to by my first car on my own and I could not find a dealership I liked in my hometown of Grand Rapids, and when I found the car I wanted was offered at Grand Ledge Ford I decided to give them a try. Best decision I made in my lengthy car search. I worked with Josh Preston, and he made me feel very welcomed. He knew this was my first car purchase and that I was not aware of how everything worked. I did not feel he took advantage of me being a new buyer, he was very honest about the whole process and nothing was a surprise. I knew what car I wanted but I wasn't sure if I wanted it right away, Josh did not pressure me into anything, I feel comfortable knowing that I made the purchase decision all on my own. Josh answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with my purchase. I could not be more pleased with my experience at Grand Ledge Ford, definitely worth the hour drive! Grand Ledge Ford will definitely be my first stop on my next car search if and when that time comes.
(I never thought I would buy a ford, I am from a GM family) I had the pleasure of working with Evan. I was shopping around for at least two weeks and came close to buying a different car from a different dealership. What I liked about Grand Ledge Ford was, the price on the website was the price that I got. Other dealers priced thing very low, but when you showed up they say to you that those are all the discounts and not everyone qualifies for them. Evan made sure the price Grand Ledge Ford advertise was the one I got. Well almost he gave me an extra 500 off for being a veteran. This was the best car buying experience I've had in a long time. It was quick and very easy. We knew what we wanted an our sales person Rob Beckwith did a great job of getting it for us. We had a couple concerns about the car which he made sure service addressed right away. Krista Dayton in service was great to work with as well! Chad in parts made sure the parts needed for repairs were available quickly which help things go smoothly. We also worked with Laura Jordan in finance who not only helped us pick out the right warranty for our needs but stayed late to complete our purchase so we could drive our new car that weekend, Rob also stayed late to make sure everything went well. The whole team at Grand Ledge Ford made this a great experience. I would not buy a Ford any where else.
Unfortunately due to a move, I can no longer service my vehicle there. However, they have still been extremely helpful and continue to advice me with accurate information regarding warranty issues and potential service issues. Help is only a phone call away for me to get the accurate information.
