Very average. the bagels are very hard to sink your teeth into. I couldn't make it past the first bite. The bear claw was good
I love to stop in at FCB on my way to work & grab a Bagel Sandwich. Great sweets to treat yourself to also. The decorated sugar cookies are my favorite!!! Super friendly staff too, keep up the great work!
I must say this, as it is my opinion. I have purchased your items many times, and while they don't always come out perfect, I can accept that because it is homemade. However, since opening your store, I can't help but notice the quality has declined. The freshness factor has declined, and so has the taste and overall quality, especially of your bagels and other items such as brownies and rolls. I wish you the best in your business, and perhaps instead of going at 7pm when I get out of work I will have to go early in the morning, since maybe that is when things will be fresher and not so hard and stale.

My family loves this spot! There are tasty treats, warm coffee, and the location is in the perfect spot to follow the treats up with a walk downtown. The lemon sandwich cookies are a favorite item.
